TownHallOS asks for donations on this website and through our Givebutter campaign. Some states require charities to register before asking their residents for donations, and to share specific information when they do. This page lists the states where we are registered and the disclosures they require.
TownHallOS is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Registration is not an endorsement
Registration with a state does not mean that the state endorses, approves or recommends TownHallOS.
Virginia
TownHallOS is registered with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs. A financial statement for our last fiscal year is available from that office on request.
